The smoov O10 has a premium look and feel to it, the app also has a premium look to it. The navigation feature has been discontinued as of right now. There's 2 features you can purchase the auto speed and performance which i haven't purchase or tried yet. The app could use an update to control speed currently the max speed per click is first click . 3 mph super slow then 2nd click is.. 9 mph 3rd click 1.6mph you can't adjust the first click to go faster

The app works well for the most part for me, although it stopped connecting to the unit on the first try a while ago (it is usually successful by the 2nd or 3rd try). I appreciate the info available from the cockpit, and I LOVE that it's fully functional on my flip phone's external screen. The biggest complaint I have is the fact that it gatekeeps some functions behind a paywall, as if being disabled isn't expensive enough already.

App is fairly easy to use, HOWEVER the CONTROL BATTERY LEVEL FUNCTION IS TOTALLY UNUSABLE!!!!! It either shows that the battery is at 100% OR at 0%, it DOES NOT give an accurate reading of the battery level during use or after a journey!!! As a result I have been out; using the device and the controller battery has died on me!! I emailed the developers several months ago to report this. I have never even had an acknowledgement let alone a resolution to the issue!!! Maybe they'll replynow!!
