With the teledoctor app, BARMER offers its insured persons the services of the teledoctor in a mobile version. You can conveniently and conveniently receive medical treatment in the video consultation or receive medical advice on many health topics via various channels. You need a BARMER user account to use the teledoctor app. You can set this up for your protected member area "My BARMER" at www.barmer.de/meine-barmer.

For legal reasons, the use of the video consultation in the app is independently possible from the age of 16. For persons under the age of 16, it is necessary for parents or guardians to be present.
