Welcome to the "AO eHealth" app. With the app, you always have your e-prescriptions with you – simple, digital, and secure.

Features at a glance:

1. E-Prescription:
- Easily receive, manage, and redeem prescriptions via the app
- Redeem your e-prescription at the pharmacy of your choice - Reserve medications in advance, have them delivered by courier, or pick them up locally
- View your pharmacy bills
- Receive messages from your pharmacy about order status to save time and travel

2. Online Check-in with the Doctor
- In order to receive an e-prescription, the practice requires your ten-digit health insurance number. You can submit this conveniently and securely using the online check-in.

3. Organspende-register.de
- Central electronic directory where you can document your decision for or against organ and tissue donation online. The Federal Center for Health Education is responsible for all content. ALTE OLDENBURGER is not liable for the content of this website.

4. gesund.bund.de

Security:
The security of your health data is very important to us. The development and approval of the app is subject to strict regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation and the requirements of Gematik. To ensure that only you have access to your data, unique personal identification using an electronic ID card is required.

Requirements:
- The "AO eHealth" app is available to all full-cost and supplementary health insurance policyholders of ALTE OLDENBURGER Krankenversicherung AG.
- Android 10 or later
- No device with a modified operating system
- Smartphone with NFC interface
- ID card with online ID function and PIN
- Your personal health insurance number (KVNR)
