NotSan SAA und BPR 2025 vVARY

Learning platform for training and continuing education to become an emergency paramedic in Baden-Württemberg, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, North Rhine-Westphalia, Saxony, and Saxony-Anhalt.

This small app provides an overview of all medications approved by emergency paramedics in accordance with the SAA and BPR 2025 regulations.

All medications are presented along with dosage, contraindications, side effects, and mechanisms of action, in accordance with the current BPR and SAA regulations.

The "Approach" section also provides an overview of common scoring systems, such as the qSOFA score, emergency room indications, the APGAR scale, and the stages of hypothermia.

There is also a brief overview of the ECG and some pathological ECG types.

The "Invasive Measures" section covers electrotherapy, chest unloading, NIV CPAP ventilation, and alternative access techniques, among others.

The "Information" topic area provides an overview of age-adapted pediatric values. There is also an overview of legal principles. The axes of the human body are also identified, and there is a glossary of key terms.

Infectious diseases, including the corresponding protective and disinfection measures, are also listed in the app.

To ensure the app remains interesting and helpful, we would welcome suggestions for future content.

Technical information:
The app works as an offline app and can therefore be used without an internet connection. Only the medication package inserts, which are provided as links, or specially marked information require an internet connection.

The app's file size is currently less than 50 MB. It is possible to move the app to an existing memory card within the device.

Quarterly updates will keep the app up to date.

If the app doesn't work as expected after an update, select the app on your phone under "Settings" -> "App" or "Storage" and clear the app's cache. Incorrectly stored cache data can cause the app to malfunction.
