IHK.AEVO Trainieren – Testen vVARY

With over 500 tasks, you can easily check your knowledge of the “training of trainers” according to the Trainer Suitability Ordinance (AEVO).

This is what the app offers:

- Expand your knowledge with the help of the flashcards: The tasks are displayed directly to you with the correct answers.
- Test your knowledge with interactive tasks: choose the correct solution from several answer options and compare the correct solutions with your own answers. Get an overview of your current level of knowledge.
- Learn in a targeted manner by selecting fields of action or putting together tasks across fields of activity.
- Deepen your knowledge with the help of 400 glossary entries on all important terms relating to AEVO.
- Create your own flashcards or tasks.

As a future trainer, you will gain confidence in dealing with all aspects of the training when working on the tasks. The contents of the regulation (basis for the review) or the framework plan are largely reflected. In this respect, the tasks are divided into the four fields of action of the AEVO:

- Check training requirements and plan training,
- prepare training and participate in the recruitment of trainees,
- carry out training,
- Complete training.

Please note that the tasks are not original examination tasks. These will not be published. The legal status is January 1st, 2025.

“It’s all a matter of attitude”:
You can decide for yourself how you want to learn via “Settings”. In the test section you can choose between power or sequence mode.

1. Power mode:
In power mode, you repeat questions several times. The more often you answer a question correctly, the less often it will appear. The perfect memory training! No matter how long you study, the algorithm records your learning level based on the probability that a question will be shown again. You can interrupt at any time, switch between fields of action or combine fields of action with one another.

2. Sequence mode:
In sequence mode, you simply work on all questions one after the other. You can have the tasks presented either in a given or random order.

In order to have learning content and your results up to date on all your mobile devices, you can synchronize them by setting up a user account.
