After over a year of use, i can only confirm that this app runs very stable and smooth. Even more reliable than the one of Comdirect. Never had a single failure or crash.

[edit: this seems to be fixed now] The app shows the password in clear letters on top of the keyboard while typing it in, despite hiding it in the actual password field. This is ridiculous and a security risk.

trying to transfer the app to a new phone. Even if the process seems clear, and I can create a QR code in the app on the old phone, the reading of that code on the new phone only says: Invalid Ident-Code. Same result with manual input of the code. Very disturbing.

Very confusing, because there is another app called SecureGo plus and at first it was unclear to me, which one I should use. Please, next time, name your apps different from each other, so it is more clear. This app is the correct one for GLS. But because GLS is associated with VR, I thought it was a different one.

Previously, banking was easy, secure and comfortable with a TAN per SMS. Now, we are required to use this app, which certainly cost our bank at least something, and thus passes on the costs to us, and this app is absolute garbage. All it needs to do is function. In every way inferior to old-fashioned sms, which always worked.
