Overall, it’s a good and fairly stable app. It would be great if it could send push notifications to the phone whenever there are transactions on the account. That would be really helpful. It would also be a big improvement if it didn’t depend on the Postbank app for the card to be compatible with Google Pay/Wallet, so we wouldn’t need to have two separate apps for the same account.

It's an okay app, does what it's supposed to do. Sometimes. Recently, whenlogging in, the app just crashes. I found a workaround, sometimes it helps to close ALL OTHER apps. Hope this gets fixed. Phone: Redmi Note 12 EDIT: The app closes itself when using bestsign for a transaction. I can't send money via the app for the first 10-15 tries..

There is ZERO customer support. Some replies take more than two years. Incredibly bad. & not possible to work with if you need to make changes to your account.
