Online doctor's office
Book an online doctor's appointment and speak to the doctor via video call. Our partner for video consultations is TeleClinic. Doctors advise and treat you 365 days a year. You can also receive digital prescriptions or sick notes. You can pick up the prescribed medication from a local pharmacy or have it delivered to your home. Since doctors currently only issue private prescriptions, you cover the costs yourself.

Understanding symptoms
Do you have athlete's foot? Better get it checked out right away! Use the AI-based symptom checker to determine which illness might be bothering you. Then find out immediately what you can do yourself if you have a specific illness.

Access to the new Health+ section

Here you'll be able to purchase various coupons for proven effective health programs from Generali Health Solutions GmbH (GHS). Currently, the "Access to Specialists" offer is available through our partner BetterDoc. We're continuously adding more coupons for your health to Health+.

Health+ "Access to Specialists" Coupon

You can purchase the "Access to Specialists" coupon via the Health+ section. Our partner BetterDoc will find the right doctor or clinic for your diagnosis. After purchasing in the app store, contact BetterDoc by phone and provide your coupon number. You'll discuss your health questions with a BetterDoc doctor. You will then receive a prompt consultation with a selected specialist who can provide you with a qualified second opinion.

Security for your data
With Generali Mobile Health, you have control over your health and your data. You decide which data you want to store and which you want to share with whom. And we ensure the necessary security.

Your data is protected from unauthorized access by third parties using the latest encryption and security standards. We use data centers and servers in the European Union.

The Generali Mobile Health app is available free of charge to everyone aged 18 and over – regardless of where and how you are insured.

We would like to inform you about new services and features of the GMH app, as well as offers from Generali Health Solutions GmbH. We also ask for your feedback on the app. We will send you this information via email, or it will be displayed as in-app messages or push notifications.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by contacting Generali Health Solutions GmbH, e.g., by email to gmh-support.ghs@generali.com, or by moving the slider to the left in your Health profile under Settings. Revoking your consent does not affect the legality of the advertising that was sent based on your consent until the revocation.
