Choose between the original layout of the printed booklet or an interactive reading view for your tablet or smartphone. The optimized reading view presents articles in a user-friendly way with additional images, videos and interactive tables.

As a c't Plus or c't Digital subscriber, you can read c’t on your tablet or smartphone at no additional cost. To do this, enter your access data for the online subscription service under "Login" in the app menu.
Please note that our terms of use apply to the use of the app. You can view these in advance at http://www.ct.de/app/nutzungsbedingungen.
The app collects anonymous usage data, e.g. Provide information about which articles are read how often and for how long. The information helps us to better align the offer to the interests of the reader. No data is collected that could be used to identify you personally. Tracking is activated by default; you can deactivate it in the app settings.
The app will occasionally send you push notifications. You can deactivate the receipt of push notifications at any time (app settings / communication).
With our current app version 3.x we support the latest Android versions. The app versions 1.x and 2.x are out of date and are no longer supported or only to a very limited extent. It is no longer possible to download the outdated versions from the Playstore.

Tolle App, einziges Manko ist, dass sich Tabellen in den Artikeln schlecht lesen lassen, da beim horizontalen Wischen nicht nur die Tabelle gescrollt wird, sondern gleichzeitig zum nächsten Artikel gewechselt wird. Edit: Danke für die Lösung. Der "Tabelle anzeigen"-Button war mir bisher nie aufgefallen, umgeht aber das Problem mit den Tabellen sehr gut. Dafür gibts glatt einen Stern mehr :)

Update: Old versions worked poorly with weak mobile network, now much improved. As of April 2019, I'm again getting bad formatting (pics don't fit and blue hyperlinks are shown). I had this problem for the first time in 2016. Deleting app data did not help. Problem does not occur on another phone with the same login credentials. Update: This time, refreshing the Kiosk (while on 4G) and restarting helped.

Generally works ok and does its job. However frequently (about once every 2 months) the magazine layout breaks and the only remedy seems to be to deinstall, reinstall, re-enter the credentials and load it all again. The fix described for this in the FAQ does not work.

Ich finde das Konzept eher durchwachsen. Wenn ich durch einzelnen Artikel in der HTML Ansicht scrolle, sehe ich auf die schnelle nicht wirklich um was es geht. Der teaser ist sehr kurz und die schöne Aufmachung aus dem Magazin geht komplett verloren. Die Übersicht über die Artikel ist außerdem so klein, dass man sie nicht nutzen kann. Die PDF Ansicht bringt auch nichts. Da ist zwar das Layout, aber schön lesbar ist es auch nicht. Eine Mischung aus beiden war perfekt wie bei der Wirtschaftswoche.

It's a good app, but takes ages to start. The developer gave some lame excuse about it checking stuff online at startup. The workaround the developer gave is that i should make sure my phone has no data or wifi connection when i startup the app. This is too lame. Please fix your issues and provide a good user experience. Now i rarely use the app. JUST PURE TORTURE. No response from Heise...no change...minus 3 stars.
