Kikaninchen: Spiele und Videos v1.9

In the app, children can immerse themselves in a lovingly designed world of cut-out pieces. Together with Kikaninchen, they embark on exciting explorations, creating cut-out animals on the farm, inventing and testing adventurous vehicles, or watching their favorite shows from the KiKAninchen TV program.

The app isn't intended as a game, but rather as a versatile toy and companion: playful discovery and experimentation, stimulating and fun games without time pressure, creative design, and music-making are the focus. It's an app that grows with the child and allows the child to grow with it – without advertising or content that frightens or overwhelms preschoolers.

The Kikaninchen app is designed for app beginners, tailored to the developmental stage and needs of young media novices. Developed in close collaboration with media educators, it offers children a safe space to gain their first experiences using apps. The app's text-free and child-friendly interface is ideal for preschoolers aged three and up.

- 6 mini-games,
- Targeted and varied video content from the public broadcasting channels ARD, ZDF, and KiKA,
- Lovingly and diversely designed worlds: underwater, in space, in the forest, on a treasure island, on a pirate ship, etc.

- Multisensory control via touch, blowing, clapping, shaking, and singing,
- It's free, with no in-app purchases or other advertising,
- Downloadable videos for offline use,
- Personalization options,

- Seasonal and time-of-day adjustments,

The Kikaninchen app aims to meet preschool children where they are in their individual developmental stages. They are supported according to their needs without being overwhelmed. The app focuses on the following areas:
