Medical help around the clock. The app for the on-call service 116117.
• In most cases, you can easily book appointments with a general practitioner, gynaecologist, ophthalmologist or pediatrician or for an initial psychotherapeutic consultation directly in the app.
• For all other disciplines, you book with the help of a so-called placement code. In urgent cases, you will receive this from your referring doctor.
In the 116117 app you will find all resident specialists and psychotherapists in your area and throughout Germany. If you need help outside of opening hours, at weekends or on public holidays, you will also find the on-call practices here.
The 116117 app is the official app of the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, the representation of all registered doctors and psychotherapists in Germany. As a public provider, we particularly protect your data.
This also convinced the Stiftung Warentest and voted us the test winner among the doctor’s appointment portals (edition Jan. 2021).

The booking of an appointment worked well for me. Also, I'm grateful to always be able to contact medical services 24/7. I have not yet called, but just opening the app and knowing someone would be on the line soon helps me calm down when I have a medically related panic attack. In fact, I might just call later today if my brain decides to trick me into panicking again.

Wollte über die App einen Termin buchen, aber es kam die Errormeldung, das Vereinbaren geht nur telefonisch. Entschuldigung, aber warum dann überhaupt eine Option für die Terminbuchung anbieten? Da ich (noch) keinen Impftermin brauche, finde ich auch keine wirklich hilfreichen Informationen wie ich doch noch zum Ziel kommen kann.

Schlecht umgesetzte App, wäre in der Theorie super hilfreich aber sollte dringend überarbeitet werden. Stürzt ständig ab und die Bedienung ist schrecklich

Vermittlungscodes? Nicht möglich wenn es keine Termine gibt? Was soll das? Keine Erklärung, nichts. Der Benutzer steht in der Warteschleife, muss seine Daten immer wieder von Neuem eingeben. Dass es sowieso keine Termine gibt könnte man ja wohl auch von vornherein erfahren. Jetzt verstehe ich erst warum das über 70 jährige nicht blicken. Mein Verständnis gegenüber Älteren ist jetzt jedenfalls gewachsen! Ein Stern ist definitiv zu viel.
