About this app
The application is used to record all your activities for projects
The application is used to record all your activities for Projects.
Various accounting units (invoices) can be assigned to the project. These are then entered in the time data so that output is possible for one project and one invoice.
The focus of this APP is on the simple recording of hours and expenses e.g. for the self-employed.
It was important for the development that the entire database can be exported at any time, so that further processing on e.g. a PC is possible.
These hourly entries are both different projects and a billing unit subordinate to the project, e.g. Invoice, assignable.
An individual hourly rate can be saved for each project and also for a billing unit.
In a second view, the day view, after selecting a day for this, the hours can be distributed over several individual hour records. The resulting total time for the day is then always displayed here.
All data can be exported, and the invoice output is checked to see whether a single invoice has been selected for a project.
The export is possible as HTML, PDF or CVS.
An export in the form of SQL inserts can be used for backup. This export can be imported back into the APP at any time (smartphone change).
This data can also be transferred to other databases, e.g. MySQL is easily possible.
The colors can be individually adjusted in the settings.
