I recommend otelo for anyone who wants to have good customer service and patience 👌. In short, they are good 👍 😀

Has become less buggy over time, still operates slow. I don't like the new theme, it is too bright and unpleasant. The old one was fine, the resources could have been used into improving performance really. The service is still good and convenient. I haven't tried many apps from different operators, yet I can tell this app does its job of making everything clear and tidy.

Incredibly slow, peppered with ads, takes about 10 seconds load your remaining data volume. It prioritizes serving ads (those load first) over the information I need.

The app is good but has no English language support . Would be nice to have the app in English as well . Considering English is a global language.
