Home emergency call center relies on flexibility
The mobile home emergency call center of PF IT Consult GmbH is intended to ensure direct, fast and reliable emergency call transmission in nursing homes, assisted residential complexes and at home. According to the company, the emergency call is transmitted directly to the caregivers' smartphones. "From here we call our home emergency call center decentralized," says Michael Herse from PF IT Consult GmbH. Depending on the application scenario, the emergency call can still be sent to a central office in parallel or with a time delay. The application is intuitive to use due to a reduced range of functions and can be started up quickly and easily. Technical error messages are sent directly to technical support without unnecessarily distracting the nursing staff.
