The customer support is slow and is not answering the questions, but only copy-paste answers, the customers knows already. in my case the monthly payment got an unjustified 50% increase. even contracting is not simple and straightforward. My contract has been cancelled automatically by their system and they were not able to correct it. I needed to send another request. It's complex. I terminated now the contract for that reason.

app ist OK aber Service ist schlecht. warte auf Antwort für mein Email seit 22.11.25, heute ist der 17.11. schon zwei Erinnerung geschrieben. "wir antworten innerhalb von 5 Tage" was für ein Quatsch

Keine Antwort auf Support-Anfragen! Habe bereits drei E-Mails geschickt und seit zwei Monaten keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Zudem ist mein Verbrauch höher als beim vorherigen Anbieter, obwohl es Sommer ist und keine Heizung benötigt wird. Alles läuft zu 100% mit eigenem Speicher. Sehr enttäuscht von diesem Service!
