Seit dem 17.03.25 plötzlich 370,09 EUR Ersparnis. Ein Tag davor noch knapp 180 EUR. Was stimmt da nicht? - UPDATE: Problem im April behoben :-)

Die App kann zwar gut die Live-Daten übertragen, doch als ich die Batterie hinzugefügt habe, spinnt die App komplett. 1. Reserve-Energie wird nicht eingehalten und Batterie entlädt sich auf 0% 2. Energiepläne werden einfach nicht gespeichert und werden von der App ignoriert 3. Ständig wird der Energieplan auf "Batterie zuerst" eingestellt, anstelle von "Verbraucher zuerst" Es ist sehr frustrierend und würde auf Behebung hoffen

The App is running fine, everything is connected and worked. But there are often times where in the upper right corner connection state changes to offline. I checked everything on my site but everything is working as before and the problem seems to be on Solakon site. Support answers always with standard templates which doesn't fix the problem. Finally it results in exchanging the inverter but support needs 2-3 weeks and doesn't answer mails or they are promising something they can't fulfill.
