Discover the numerous functions:

5. If necessary, protect your eyes and your mobile device battery with Dark Mode.
6. Find special reading recommendations from the editors with the innovative "Discover" feature.
7. Easily send articles, series of pictures or videos with your friends and acquaintances via social media or e-mail and messenger

The app can be used free of charge for Volksfreund subscribers. Simply log in with your email address and password.

There are two different subscription models in the app for activating “Plus” items:
3. Monthly subscription: After the free trial period of two weeks, the monthly subscription costs €7.99 (billing via your iTunes account, no registration within the app necessary).
4. Annual subscription: 58.99€ with a discount of 38% compared to the monthly subscription (billing via your iTunes account, no registration within the app necessary)
The subscription is automatically renewed if you do not deactivate the automatic subscription renewal in the system settings at least 24 hours before the end of the term. If the price changes, auto-renewal will be turned off. Once a subscription has been taken out, it cannot be cancelled.
