Far - godt fra start v1.3.2

Father - well from the start was developed by the Committee for Health Information in collaboration with DaddyO bloggers Kasper Susaa and Laus Risby Sørensen as well as Danish Physiotherapists. The app was developed with support from TrygFonden.

With Dad - well from the start you get all the information you need to get through maternity, diaper change and baby food. The app guides you through the baby jungle and provides lots of great advice, facts and inspiration for everything from baby training exercises, useful tools and conflict management in the couple relationship.

THE BOOK OF THE CHILD In the CHILD'S BOOK you can store pictures and memories from your child's first year. You can easily mark the most important milestones and save or print the book in a beautiful design.

CONTENT OF THE APP:
* Pregnancy week by week and the stages of birth
* Advice on how to become a good birth assistant
* Grandparents who prepare you to enter the baby universe
* Tips for the first time as a father
* Sex and couple relationships during and after pregnancy
* Video instruction on how to exercise with your baby
* Guide to diaper change and potty training
* Checklist for everything from baby gear to child safety
* Calendar feature: Here you can add appointments with your doctor and healthcare provider as well as synchronize with the phone's calendar.

The app describes Danish conditions and complies with the Danish recommendations regarding pregnancy and infant nutrition.
