It was working fine until the developer decided to update it, forcing users to download the token app even if they already had it! Test App, please, before launching! Solution found myself and worked: 1 - Uninstall the token application 2- Login to ENBD App again 3- When you see the green ad, follow the link to install the token app again 4- login to the token 5- close token app and login again to ENBD App
