2025/06/18 App has stopped working. I won't let me submit an (elec) meter reading. Loops, back to submit reading, on 'spin the wheel'. Then sits there 'forever' after 2nd submission. Discovered later it had submitted a reading, even though the app 'looped' before telling me.... ......... 2025-12-20 Everything WORKS OK NOW should have UPD'd before. PS Used Customer Sevices for 1st time - it IS good - thanks very much

Issues controlling our car, but generally good. The majority of the functionality is good, and keeps improving. However, we're on Intelligent Octopus Go and it doesn't work properly charging our Skoda Enyaq. It'll generate a charge schedule and start charging the car at the time it's stated, but then reports that it has failed. It seems to charge the car according to the schedule, but I don't know if it's charging us for the electric at cheap rate, or if it's at the expensive rate!

for years it has been Ok, a few months ago the app log me out and says "for security reasons you'll be logged out after 6 months", problem is it logs me out multiple times a day, I have cleared data and cache, reinstalled app and it still has the annoying bug!

Being logged out periodically under the guise of "security" is incredibly annoying, suggest doing what all other security focused apps do and allow fingerprint login instead.

Don't leave octopus if in credit... they don't give reasonable offers in the app, British Gas beat them easily. The app will tell you how much they owe you a few days after you leave... you can only communicate via email. They tell you as you are no longer a customer it'll take 6 weeks to work out how much they owe you, despite this being quoted in the app...4 weeks later they give a date over a month in advance... Then tell you it'll take place 10 business days after this.... DO NOT JOIN
