Find offices, send parcels, track shipments and handle customs formalities

The Correos App allows you to manage the sending and receipt of your parcels whether you are the Sender or Recipient, without having to enter any delivery codes. The app takes care of tracking them for you, even shipments that the user processes on Vinted, Wallapop, etc... Check the status of your orders or change the delivery address, all from the Correos App. Geolocate your nearest Correos office, Citypaq, or mailbox from the app, based on your location or any address you need. From the App, enter the necessary details to make the shipment, and the process at the office will be much quicker when you drop off the parcel. You will also be able to book an appointment at any office, speeding up any process. A code is generated from the Correos App that you only need to enter in the dispenser at the office. You may carry out customs formalities with an intrinsic value of up to €150. You can search for your postcode or enter a street and find the corresponding postcode. App funciona bien pero falta mucha información para pasar ak cliente : estuve en casa, NADIE llamé a mi puerta ni se presentó delante de la puerta (hay camera, cartero! (, pero me saltó alerta en la app, dando instrucciones y código para recoger mi paquete, fui directamente a Correos, es viernes, esperé 20min y resulta mi paquete no estará disponible hasta el lunes. Salgo domingo y no estaré yo... Es importante informar correctamente al usuario par evitar desperdicio de tiempo,60min

Por qué está en inglés esta app y por qué no puedo seleccionar el idioma? Otra cosa lamentableme, es que en ningún momento el seguimiento se especifica en dónde geográficamente se encuentran los envíos. De qué sirve rastrear envíos si solo dice "en centro logístico"? Si vale, pero en qué centro logístico??? En otros países y servicios siempre se especifica en dónde se encuentran los paquetes, menos con correos España.

Old app worked well. Suddenly turned to grey. Checked and saw that was now old version. Uninstalled old version and installed new version. as previously reported by other people it does not work. Responses by Correos confirms there is a problem which they are working to correct. Tried again today, still not working. Does not recognise the code sent by email, or email address, or advises account already exists. Advised log into existing and delete duplicated account. It won't let you. I give up!
