With this app you will be able to:
• Know when your bus will reach.
• Ask for your card balance.
• Recharge Bonobús trips and EMTJove monthly pass
• Get information about bus routes, bus stops, timetables and travel on the plane of the city
• Calculate a route to go to any address or point of interest using one or a mix of some sustainable means of transport.
• Choose among 3 options the route you like the most.
• Find stops and selling points near your location, with your GPS.
• Get the arrival times via QR code on the street stops.
• Fares and tickets information
• Save your favorite stops, card numbers, lines and places to facilitate their later uses.
• New route tracking and destination arrival alarm
• Next stop text message or sound notification
• Lay out layers with info of EMT bus stops (with arrival info), metro (station routes) and Valenbisi (with stations or bikes availables).
• Lay out layers with buses or routes
• Notices on real time about our service, routes or bus stops information
• Communicate with the Customer Service Office from your mobile.
All of these in the language you prefer: Spanish, Valencian or English.

En general está muy bien, PERO, hay algunos fallos: si tienes el teléfono configurado en un idioma que no sea el castellano o valenciano, pero quieres tener esta app en castellano, no se puede; lo cambias y funciona hasta que sales de la app y la próxima vez está cambiado otra vez. También, si te equivocas al poner nombre a una parada en favoritos, no hay opción para editar; tienes que quitarla de favoritos y empezar desde el principio y volverla a añadir para ponerle un nombre nuevo.

No tiene toda la información de la cuenta. No se pueden ver tus tarjetas, no se guarda información de tus paradas, solo se almacena en local. Podrían introducir la tecnología NFC para poder usar el smartphone en vez de la tarjeta mobilis.

hasn't worked on mobile data for a month now. only time it works is on wifi. informed the dev team of this several times to no avail

If you want an app that tells you "wait while we gather information" and then a minute later "Sorry cannot get the information" this app is for you. Cannot get any connection to EMT unless on wifi Both android and iOS. EMT web pages also unreachable, but no problem with any other sites.
