Developer Description

Official application of the Transfusion Center of the Valencian Community

Official mobile app for mobile devices of the Valencian Community Transfusion Center for all donors in the Valencian Community. It allows users to request, check, and cancel donation appointments, view donations made, view upcoming collections, and review donation rewards, all in the two official languages of the Valencian Community.

Registration is done using two types of authentication:
1. Enter your donor number, date of birth, and first and last name, and confirm this by sending a validation OTP code to the registered user's email. Once entered, registration must be confirmed via a link sent to the registered email address.

2. Enter your mobile phone number, first and last name, and date of birth. Confirm this by sending a validation OTP code via SMS. Once entered, registration must be confirmed via a link sent to the registered email address.

Registration is done using username and password authentication.
Login credentials cannot be stored.

The Transfusion Center of the Valencian Community is responsible for and author of the information displayed in the application. It also guarantees the privacy and protection of your data (https://centro-transfusion.san.gva.es/es/politica-de-privacidad). Furthermore, the Transfusion Center guarantees that personal information will be stored and used in a sufficiently secure manner, for the time necessary, and only to provide the personalized services described above.

To safeguard user/patient information, this application uses the secure HTTPS protocol for all communications with the servers.
