Five star insurance. The app is easy to use, easy to connect with a human when you're in need, and the responses are speedy and professional. Highly recommend this insurer and their app!
first call over internet got disconnected and i had to call again and find the person i was talking to
the login process is dumb: it says that it needs a passport number, which is not required when you buy the insurance. Therefore, it does recognize the existing customer. You need to insert the fiscal code, not the passport number. edit: I understand the reply, but please change the text writing this, rather that asking for a passport number.
The app is now called 'meeting doctors' it says it's 24hrs support but I just logged out from the app because a bot told me that no one is online right now. I am more disappointed about the service than the app. It's been an extraordinary year for me in terms of travel, having covid and other medical issues on two separate occasions but it's super hard to claim anything from them.
Claimed two months ago for a flight that got cancelled and I am still fighting for my money. AXA (who heymondo insured me with) keep on asking me for the same documents that I already sent them. Will not use again. Edit: After nearly 3 months fighting for my claim, AXA/Heymondo are saying that they can only reimburse me 150€ out of the 550€ claim I have filed. They are considering my flight cancellation as a delay only, without considering the cost of return flight, hotels, transportation etc
