RETOAGUA Castilla-La Mancha (Efficient Irrigation with Oriented Technologies for Irrigation Water in Castilla-La Mancha), is a digital tool to support farmers' decision-making in matters of irrigation and fertilization.
RETOAGUA Castilla-La Mancha was born from the collaboration agreement signed between the Regional Center for Water Studies (CREA) of the UCLM, the Provincial Agronomic Technological Institute (ITAP) of the Provincial Council of Albacete and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development.
It is aimed at farmers in Castilla-La Mancha to achieve water efficiency in irrigation and agronomic advice on fertilization within their production system, which also includes a means to avoid diffuse pollution.
