This App is a waste of time. It never is able to confirm the appointment and you then have to telephone the hospital. It used to work well. But it has been updated and is now useless. It is actually not worthy of One Star. Having emailed Vithas they have quickly resolved the problem and I can report that they App is currently useable as intended. I am now as impressed with the App as I am with my treatment at the hospital.

App used to be ok but no longer works. It just says "error loading your profile" Update, Vithas replied by email & solved the problem,its now working again. Thank you.

It would be more convenient if it was possible to save the region and insurance not to select it each time.

Doesn't works properly. I have to close it completely many times so it can work. Everytime I touch the screen with the app open it appears a white screen saying to wait when I haven't touch any button, I was just trying to scroll the page.

By FAR the worst experience you can ever imagine using an app. This is an app for private health insurance. Can we at least book an appointment on this app without getting grey hair? It's so bad I manage to be astonished every time
