Nicely laid out easy to use app.

This works well, but it only decodes the runway state group. It doesn't decode a proper snowtam. Semantics really. Good simple app. Thanks.

App works ok for standard Snowtams but does not handle Japanese Snowtams. Pity as these are far more tricky to decode.
