From time to time payment just dont work and order is lost.

They don't have any customer support facility(very poor). Last year I ordered burger via App but due to app problem because the payment system service was very slow and my order did not show in the app but the money deducted twice from my account. I contact with the franchise manager and she told me she can't do anything about the money and she gave me customer service email id and I sent email to the given id but still I didn't received any reply from the customer support. They have to think.
