To use e-services with the Finnish Authenticator, you need to have a valid passport which you need to register to your Finnish Authenticator account.

NOTE: This service is intended only for citizens of countries other than Finland who are over 18 years of age. Finnish identity documents cannot be used to register a user identifier.

How do I get the qr code for registration??

It keeps saying 'mobile application not installed' when I try to register the app.... I haven't been able to proceed with the problem after trying all the mentioned methods exactly. The webpage doesn't detect that the app is installed in my phone.... I have even enabled all permissions for all apps in my phone.

The app is completely broken. It just crashes when you try to scan the QR code, and then crashes every time you even try to open the app. It makes it nearly impossible to keep your details up to date on the population register if you live outside of Finland. I urge the developers to fix it asap as it's causing big problems for a lot of people.
