Promote critical and supportive awareness in the popular sectors
Spread the culture of poor neighborhoods: their history, their music, their traditions.
Facilitate access to expression and knowledge, basic citizen rights.
Promote actions that contribute to the common good, with other institutions and popular organizations.
Since the beginning of radio, our concern has been to respond to the needs of poor neighborhoods, offering communication channels
