This is the very first banking app that i actually love! Very intuitive, attractive graphics, fast, lots of options for everything. Keep up the good work!
Enfin le thème sombre pour ne pas se faire arracher les yeux en pleine nuit est arrivé. Qqs arrangements à faire : changer la couleur du texte en blanc pour pouvoir lire dans la section "gérer" par exemple 😂
Language and some processes are complex
The app disconnect while trying to send an e-mail to the bank. Also trying to contact the bank with Whatsapp or Facebook messenger doesn't work (error message in both)
I am totally not happy with this bank. Over a month now I can't make any transfer with my app, I tried all the possible way to see if there's any problem, but all my transfers are refused with "Sorry, we have technical problems". I screenshot the pop-up message and send it to the Account Officer, but he didn't rectify the problem, I finally went to the bank, they checked the app there's no any problem so also on my profile. Where do you want me to go and rectify it myself?. Am tired of this!
