Application intended for Helium policyholders to manage their health contract.
This application allows you to stay informed and manage your contract directly from your mobile by taking advantage of the features of your Insured Area:
- View the latest healthcare reimbursements
- Access to your Third Party Paying certificate and other documents (deadlines, quotes, etc.)
- Consultation of the guarantees of your health contracts
- Location of the closest health professionals
- Consultation and modification of your personal information (contact details, bank details, list of beneficiaries, etc.)
- Request for hospital care
This application also allows you to stay in contact with Hélium through the "Contact us" section.
To connect to the application, it is necessary to enter the username and password associated with your Insured Area. The identifier is available on the headers of Helium mails.
