This is a local currency issued by Dong-gu, Busan to revitalize the local economy.
It is local currency in the form of a rechargeable prepaid card, and anyone over the age of 14 can apply for a card and use it within Dong-gu.
It provides incentives for charging to revitalize the local economy and is also used as a means of paying welfare allowances to Dong-gu residents.

▶ Incentives provided when charging
- When recharging, an additional incentive is paid for the recharge amount.

▶ Use as a policy-issued card
- Are you eligible for Dong-gu’s welfare policy? Policy issuance funds provided by Dong-gu are paid through e-Bagu Pay.

▶ 30% income deduction, same as check card
- When registering as a member, if you agree to the year-end tax settlement terms or the automatic income deduction application pop-up or 'All menu > Income deduction application', the income deduction benefit will be applied as soon as you register the card.
(If you already have a registered card, the deduction will be applied to all payments from the time of card registration.)
