It was the perfect app before the upgrade. The new UI is less intuitive, some features are missing, and it's quite annoying, that I have to re-login every few days... on the other hand, the app is working OK

I've been using Tesco for over a decade but they cannot provide a simple individual invoice. You can't use clubcard with invoicing but even after switching emails they still are unable to issue an invoice, you have to go to the store to set it up which I wasn't told on the initial phone call. They also linked my clubcard to the new email which is a breach of privacy. Switching to other delivery service rather than staying with a brand for loyalty no matter how much I like them.

Mixing up categories. In the middle of shopping suddenly stops, resetting the cart. When I tried to log back in, did not accept my email and password. Fortunately I could finish shopping in a browser. The app is definitely getting worse.

After uninstalling my original app which didn't send a reset password after 2 requests and changed to Hungarian when I tried to contact customer service I decided to uninstall and tried this one. It downloaded the Hungarian version! Becoming less impressed with Tesco with every order but forced to shop online due to mobility issues. I live in Ireland btw.
