Terbantu sih. Tapi nyetak dokumennya dimana? Jadi sama aja, karema mesti ke dinas terkait juga untuk nyetak doang.
respon sangat lambat padahal akses di jam pelayanan, bahkan sampai beberapa hari gaada respon
Ada jam pelayanan operasionalnya, padahal sistemnya sudah dibuat online. Seharusnya bisa 24 jam dan update secara otomatis ke sistemnya. Template formnya juga formatnya pdf, jadi mempersulit karena harus print, isi dan scan, dan upload ulang. Padahal biar papperless dibuat sistem seperti ini tgl 22 juli 2025 mau tambah anak di kk, padahal sudah upload2 dokumen, pas submit katanya layanan libur. padahal diawal jam pelayanan dari jam 8-14, baru jam 11 udah libur. ga usah bikin online kalo gitu!!!
No Money No Service... Silahkan cek email secara berkala, dokumen akan dikirimkan dalam bentuk QR code untuk dicetak di mesin ADM, terimakasih. Udh sampe 2 minggu barcode gk nongol"... Yang benar, datang ke kantor yang bersangkutan bawa uang sogokan dan semua selesai... wkwkwkwkwkw Oooooh Konooohaaaa"...
