Need alot of improvement in the poor quality of standard operation procedure of the restaurant Hygiene practice. Found hair inside the compliment acar jahe on the table. Tablet screen is filled with fingerprint oil marks. They seems not bothered at all to wipe it with a sterilized cloth. After complaining, they just took any dirty cloth to wipe it after. The cloth seems like its used to wipe spills on table over and over again. The quality of fish meat is average to inconsistent.
