"At Your Service" is an application that gives you privacy in dealing with the various Egyptian government agencies, the unified governmental complaints system headed by the Council of Ministers
Important Notes:
1- The application works inside Egypt.
2- Dealing with the application requires that the mobile phone be equipped with Android 6 system or more.

Complaints:
Complaints are dealt with through an integrated administrative system based on best practices and international specifications and handling citizens' complaints effectively and efficiently, by receiving, examining, directing all complaints and responding to them electronically according to the provisions of the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 314 of 2017, so that the citizen can register complaints and attach supporting documents before and during Follow-up and comment on it, and it can be used to improve performance at the level of all government agencies. It can also be dealt with through the link: www.shakwa.eg.
Services guide:
The application allows you to know the various government services, ways to obtain them, and searches for the name of the service you want to see.
Notices:
Notifications sent to application users to inform them of various government activities and services and the developments occurring to them first, and to allow their participation through social networking sites and various applications.
Inquiries:
To record various inquiries about different government services and respond to them with the knowledge of the competent authorities, to see the common ones that were previously registered, answer them, and search within them. My inquiries are also concerned with following up the recorded response to users' inquiries separately.
Arithmetic:
Through it, the user's account data is modified, the application is shared across social networking sites and various applications, as well as the ability to log out of it.
