This app has potential but has some glitches. 1. no autopay on family accounts. the autopay works fine on the primary, but you have to pay manually by month for children's accounts. 2. only one membership at a time may be active. makes it hard to have a running membership and then add on a punch card for a different class. 3. too complicated to switch between gyms. logging out having to search for the other gym and then logging back in is a pain.

2nd update: you are not eager for my feedback. I have contacted this customer service multiple times and always get the same unhelpful response. Update: I figured out why this app works for some but not others. It works on iPhones but not on Android. With each update of Android, it gets worse. I have an Android phone and have to borrow my son's iPhone to schedule classes. It works pretty well.
