This app provides comprehensive information regarding Hospital Disaster Preparedness and Planning and Has been Jointly Developed by Institution for Disasters, Emergency & Accidents (IDEA) and Indian Medical Association - DM cell and was launched as HOPE - Hospital Operational Preparedness for Emergencies and HERO - Healthcare Emergency Response Official initiative in World congress on Disaster Management 2. This app entails the aspects of SOP for mass casualty management, Hospital preparedness at different levels, Structural and Non Structural Mitigation Measures, Disaster Risk Reduction from hospital and Healthcare facility perspective including Life and Fire Safety as well as preparation of Hospital disaster management plan and integration of HEICS/ HIRS to make our Hospitals safe and resilient and remain active during the testing times of Disasters.
