Powered for NATO by Allied Command Transformation - Innovation Branch & NATO Communication and Information Agency, NI2CE’s features include:
Secure: Real end-to-end encryption (only those in the conversation can decrypt messages) for desktop, tablet and mobile
Based on the Matrix messaging protocol
Fully encrypted messages that allow safer communication
Flexible: No limit on the number of sessions: multi-device capabilities
Private: no need for phone numbers, more anonymity compared to other apps
