Be careful to proceed really really slowly. The app needs time to switch from rear to front camera. If you push the button too soon it will get stuck in an endless loop. Had to repeat the process at least 3 times until I found the error. Extremely annoying.

The selfie check didn't work at all. I had to use the browser version to actually complete the identification.

Stops working when I try to make the selfie. To be frank: the bad rating is not just owed to this critical bug alone but to the fact that I am forced to install two Apps to simply sign a document. User Experience of the overall process is extremely bad. User experience of this particular App, well, bad. Reading the many other comments makes me think that the only reason people install and use the app at all is because someone forces them to.
