you to keep track of everything you need to follow the lifestyle recommendations your practitioner has designed specifically for you.

The app allows you to share your progress — your healthier food choices and activities, when and how often you are taking supplements, how much water
you are drinking, how well you are sleeping, and so on — with your practitioner and gives them a way to make changes and recommendations for you. This accountability helps create the new habits and
behaviors that lead to better health.

The app includes valuable resources and smart features to help improve your results:

• Track food choices, exercise, sleep quality, stress reducing activities, nutritional supplements, moods, pain, and more.

• Electronic journal for keeping track of key health changes or reflections.
