For further information, request the BASIC EUROPEAN INFORMATION ON CONSUMER CREDIT (SECCI) form and a copy of the contract text on the website, at a branch, or at an Authorized Agos Ducato Agency. Representative example based on the most common scenario over a 12-month observation period (updated 15/05/2024) for a loan requested and concluded online: €10,000.00 repayable over 72 months in installments of €174.37 per month - fixed APR for the example 7.28%, APR 8.80%. The APR represents the total cost of the loan expressed as an annual percentage and includes: interest, 1.5% application fees, €16.00 stamp duty on the loan and €2.00 on the annual and final statement for amounts exceeding €77.47/interest, substitute tax of 0.25% of the financed amount (if applied in lieu of stamp duty paid by the customer); monthly administration fee €2.75 - total amount due (total loan amount + total cost of the loan) €12,778.02. The processing fee, if applicable, equal to 1.5% of the loan amount, up to a maximum of €500, contributes to the financing amount and is subject to interest calculated on the contractual nominal interest rate (APR). Term periods range from 6 to 120 months. Conditions may vary due to database consultations and creditworthiness assessments, which we can only perform when the financing application is signed and/or after reviewing the available documentation/information, or which we may request to complete the application assessment. Consequently, the APR may fluctuate up to 10 percentage points (Maximum APR 21.53) and, in any case, comply with the threshold rates established pursuant to Article 2 of Law 108/96 and subsequent amendments.
