App for cardiac device wearers to assess quality of life
The app consists of a questionnaire on the quality of life to be submitted quarterly to a user, who has an implantable cardiac device, to evaluate his/her possibility/ability to carry out daily activities and maintain social relationships as well as verify the acceptance of the device. The user will receive quarterly notifications for completing the questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 7 simple multiple choice questions. The user will be able to see his/her answers graphed over time on the statistics page.
