Hi I want to say that this app is very useful but since few days this app will block suddenly from my phone I can't understand why every time I open the app again I see the same block option again and again. How to fix it?

I have never had a problem before, but now I do not get sms code sent. I am over seas and this is my connection to my account. I try multiple times but never arrives the sms. Nothing changed with my phone, mobile carrier, or settings. Why does sms not get sent. I need access to account to pay bills. Please respond. Is there another alternative to sms to get in? Help please.

I can't login so difficult. I did all the steps as told still asking same security questions again and again. Can't find English makes it more difficult to use.
