Nexi Pay is reserved for customers in possession of a card issued by Nexi or a Partner Bank. The services available may vary depending on the type of card. The application requires Android 7.0 or later; To take advantage of all the features of Nexi Pay, such as access with biometrics, update your mobile phone's operating system to the latest version available.

To protect your personal data and avoid risks of compromising your profile, Nexi does not allow phones with modified factory settings or on which Apps that allow you to elevate user privileges to administrator have been installed to access Nexi Pay.
