Careful selection of raw materials, sometimes unobtainable and always of the highest quality. The real protagonists are the hamburgers, made by the kitchen staff, declined in many versions. There are the classics, with bacon, Cheddar and egg, but also more original versions such as the Tasty, made with a mix of beef and sausage, served with Cabernet caramelized onions, buffalo stracciatella, caper mayonnaise and chopped hazelnuts and pistachios. Another strong point is represented by the meat from all over the world and offered in different versions: tartare, carpaccio, T-bone steak and ribs and fabulous grills of all kinds, mostly unobtainable. Iberian, Garronese, Chianina, Angus. The desserts are all homemade. Over 40 beer labels from all over the world. Wine list with attention to the territory.
