Ogni mese si aggiorna e perde i dati di accesso, costringendo a rifare tutto da capo, ovvero autorizzare sia mail che telefono. Per ricaricare devo schivare offerte e ban vari, ma alla fine ci si riesce.

The customer service is a SCAM we registered, but still didn't get the internet. September 4th, we paid and signed the contract for WIFY FIBRA . September 24th, the technician came to our home and ran the fiber optic cable from outside to the network panel inside ,yet we still haven't had wifi since October 8th ,Today is October 17th. we called the customer service and went to their office in Bisceglie, yet not even an email to explain or apologize for the retired service. 😕

This is the worst SIM operator I've ever used. I'm in Rome and I'm not getting a stable network. The network coverage inside the house is very bad. I am ashamed to mention the upload & download speed. My suggestion to people in Rome and urban areas is not to use this SIM. You can use other SIM operators like TiM, Vodafone, hope you'll get a better experience from Windtre.
