PMC is the best app to calculate the mold cost and the easy app to calculate the final mold price.
The app includes.
1- Mold type , circulaer or rectangular so you can comper each weight and select the lowest weight.
2-The app allows you to input the size of the platesmanually including its price per kg.
3-You can fill all plates size automaticlay by selectin "Suggest other plates" so the app will give you great app based on our experince as the following
a-The Fixed plate and movable plate hight is 30 mm and width/depth biger than other plates with 40 mm
b-The kg/price for all plates asre same except the core/cavity
c-The kg/price of the core/cavity is 5 times the other platers
d-etc
4-Sure you can edit and modify any plate as you want.
5-The app allow you to add ather accessories with its quantaty / price .
6-Also you can input the manufacturing cost by certain value or percentage of the material cost.
7-Also the profit can be input as certain value or percentage of the material cost
8- finaly it is very easy to get the mold price beside the material cost and plates cost.
9-Also you can get mold plate weight.
10-The app allow you to get very important report include all data of the plates and the overal mold.
11-Finally you can copy this report and paste anywhere
