About this app
It is a new sensation app that allows you to experience the filleting of bonito with one finger, and automatically determines your proficiency level.
It is a new sensation application that you can experience the filleting of 3 bonito with one finger.
All you have to do is tap according to the cooking lead.
Depending on your proficiency level, 1 (high) to 8 (low) grade cards will be displayed.
It can also be used with the chromebook introduced in the school by the GIGA school concept.

Received the Consumption and Safety Bureau Director's Award in the Education and Business Division.
